Dear Divers,
Greetings!
The International
Coastal Clean-up (or locally known as Scubasurero) is a global
volunteer program that sponsors annual clearing of trash from
coastlines, rivers, and lakes.
This year marks the 24th
anniversary of the International Coastal Cleanup. In that time, the
event has grown from a local event at one beach in Texas, USA to the
largest event of its kind.
This year’s event will be held on Sept 19, 2009.
Planet
Dive Resort is an active participant of International Coastal Clean-up
for the last 10 years. We would like to invite you to participate with
us once again for this year’s festivities.
Here's the International Coastal Clean-up package for Sept 19-20, 2009.
Special Overnight Clean-up dive package Php 1,850.00/pax
Inclusive of:
Overnight
accommodation 4-6 sharing in a cottage
4 meals (2 lunch, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast)
Bottomless coffee, tea, juice and purified water
2 boat dives or shore dives on Saturday only (wherever the group is assigned)
with tanks and DM services
Limited open bar at night
Guests can bring their preferred drinks without corkage fee
Conservation fee
Government/Amusemen t Tax
Please add Php 450.00/pax for aircondition upgrade.
No twin sharing requests will be entertained during this weekend.
For Sunday fun dives please add Php 1350.00/pax inclusive of 2 boat dives, with tanks, and DM services.
For volunteer/participa nts
please bring your own weights and belt as we expect plenty of divers during this event.
The
normal unlimited shore dives as part of the package is temporarily
suspended during this weekend. Divers/participants are limited to 2
dives/day.
There will be live band performance Saturday evening.
There will be a topside on the spot photo contest during the event. Photo contest mechanics will be announced at a later date.
Saturday Day trip diver rate Php 1,000.00
