Must-haves on the 72-hour Emergency Kit
1. Food for 3 days - easy open canned goods
2. Whistle
3. Life jacket
4.... Water-proof bags, Water plastic container (Lock n Lock - tried and tested) for cellphones. etc.
5. Change of clothes on water-proof bags
6. Thermal blanket
7. Toiletries on water-proof bags
8. Water
9. Flashlights (water-proof) with extra set of batteries
10. Transistor radio
11. Medicines, bandages, antiseptic
12. Match on water-proof container
13. Swiss knife
14. Identification, list of emergency numbers, important documents
15. cash
16. health card
